The terminal is already programmed, tested and ready to process transactions! Just follow this simple steps to set it up:
Remove the cover underneath the VeriFone Terminal.
Plug in the ethernet cord into the ETH PORT and the other side of the cord to a router or a switch.
Wait 20 seconds.
Plug in the power cord to the VeriFone and to the power outlet.
Once VeriFone is on, press the F3 button next to Synergy/Gift Cards

A Virtual Terminal is a fast and easy way to process a transaction. Some merchants use it as a back-up or as the main Point of Sale.
Process a transaction over the phone by calling us at 858-259-8283 x 606.
Call us on the number on the back of the cards 866-352-8785 x 604.
Chat with us on the LIVE CHAT box (bottom left of your screen), we can also help process a transaction.
Email us at merchantsupport@synergyworld.com a picture of the back of the card to process your transaction at a later time. Remember to include the total amount of the sale, the name of your restaurant, your name and contact phone number; we will email you back with the confirmation number.

All you need is:
Access to the internet (from any device such as a computer, cell phone, ipad)
Your access credentials to log in
Your unique link
The owner/manager should have received a Welcome Letter via email with your Virtual Terminal credentials and unique link.
💡 Tip: You can bookmark the link on the URL for easy access. Enter the username and password, and then click on “Remember me” and login once, so that the username and password is saved to each device.
The VeriFone terminal comes with a thermal roll.
If you need additional thermal paper, you can purchase it online from Amazon.
If you have a VX520 contactless terminal, you will need to purchase 2.25 x 50 thermal paper rolls. (underneath the terminal, on the white sticker, next to product, it will say VX520 DIAL/ETH/CTLS
If you have a VX520 non contactless terminal, you can purchase 2.25 x 85 thermal paper rolls.
