VERIFONE ERRORS:

 

  • I see Commserver and Synergy Gift  → press F3 next to Synergy Gift

 

  • No Dial Tone / Connect Failed → The terminal is not communicating with our server.  Unplug the power cord AND Ethernet cords from our terminal. First plug back in the Ethernet cord, wait 20 seconds, then plug back in the power cord into the back of the terminal. Let the terminal load up. Press F3 next to Synergy Gifts. Try to process the transaction again!

  • Invalid Cardholder →  You have keyed in the wrong card number OR the magnetic strip could be damaged so please enter in the card number manually and then select “Card Number”.

​

  • Client not in Group →  The customer has presented you with a card that is not setup correctly for processing. Please check the available balance by calling 866-997-9637 and then accept the card for the balance that is available to be used. Please contact Synergy during business hours to process the transaction.
